Low Cost Counselling Services

Adults Counselling

Our adult counselling services provide one to one counselling for people over the age of 18. Counselling provides people with an opportunity to explore issues of concern in a safe and confidential environment. Please click the learn more tab below to find more information on making an appointment.

Couples Counselling

Our couples counselling service may help you gain new perspectives about each other and the way you relate to each other. Couples counselling may help you respond in a new way, as well as helping you to explore your feelings and thoughts with your partner.

Addiction Counselling

At Living Life we work with people who are in recovery following addiction. Although we do not work with active addiction, our counsellors are experienced in offering a safe environment to explore issues that may arise following addiction. We also work with and support family members and/or friends of a person who has experienced addiction.

Children & Teens Counselling

Our service works with children from 5 years up to 13 years. Our counsellors working with children are qualified in Play Therapy. Play/Child Therapy is a theoretical model where a trained therapist uses play as a therapeutic tool to help children resolve difficulties. We also offer adolescent therapy for young people from 13 years to 17 years.

About our Counselling Services

Counselling provides people with an opportunity to explore issues of concern in a safe and confidential environment.

Our services are provided by 85 volunteer counsellors working with 240 clients in our Bray and Arklow centres. Most of our clients attend for individual counselling and we also provide couples and relationship counselling, addiction counselling and play therapy.
